DELIVERY

Your orders are usually shipped to you by the next working day via GLS (Austria) and DHL (International).

SHIPPING COSTS

Our Customer service will be happy to inform you about the shipping costs. 
Delivery free to buyer‘s address for orders of € 275 and above.

Low-quantity surcharge on orders of single pairs: € 2.50 plus shipping charges.

OVERSIZE SURCHARGE

€ 4.50 oversize surcharge is applied to:

ladies' models from size 9,5/43 up
men's models from size 13,5/49 up

SELECTION SHIPMENTS

For selection shipments, a processing fee of € 12.75 will be charged per returned pair.

RETURN PROCESSING

All repair and resoling requests are reviewed by us in advance to check the availability of replacement parts and the feasibility of the repair. Therefore, we ask you to notify us of any returns in advance via e-mail, including a picture. Please use our complaint form.

Collection of necessary return shipments will be arranged directly by us.
